What is TLP?

The Lamp Post is a collaborative newsless newspaper for kids, by kids. Well, technically we're not kids because we're all 13, but most of out submitters are kids, lol! And, actually, it's for anyone, regardless of age. So each issue basically has all of these: (picture is from the 3rd issue)
